Slow walker

I have had my share of frustration for people who walk very slowly and they always find their way in front of me :S.

Overpass: slow people wants to occupy the whole walkway, even though it is clear that even 4 people will fit on the path, we can find them right in the middle of the stairs and slowly walking, really wanna push them aside.

Escalator: People should really learn how to stay on just one side if they wanna be super slow. That way, people who are in a hurry can pass by freely without having to talk to every single person impeding the escalator.

People in this country seems to be the slowest walkers based on my observation, is it because they do not have schedules to follow? Or they don't really care?
